Row, row, row your boat.

If there was a chance to go boating, you could be sure I wanted to be the one doing it.  Not sure how much rowing dad actually did when we went out in the dinghy, but he didn't seem to mind.  I miss rowing around with dad.  We even won a father/child rowing race at the yacht club rendezvous one year where the rower had to wear a blind fold and the other person gave the commands which way to go.  I was 5 or 6 at the time and rowed, Dad directed.  We won navy knit hats!  If the date on the back of the slide is accurate, I would be 2.5 years old.  University should have had crew when I was there, we would have crushed it with all the practice I had growing up!
