Once the lines are secure, or the anchor is set, it's time to relax.  We do this well, and it all starts with the basics.  Yes, we take our cocktail hour, you know the saying, it's 1700 (5:00PM) somehwere, seriously.  And why not? There are so many great recipes and variations and fantastic ingredients that we could explore forever, which we're doing.

One of my favorite liquors is gin, while Brad prefers vodka.  But we don't discriminate and leave out rum or tequila if the occasion directs.  Mostly, we just like to kick back and enjoy the view over the water and each other's company while we cheer to another great day on CALIX.
