Garlic

This looks pretty brilliant.  Must try at home!  It might make my on board cooking that much easier although noiser and kinda funny.

I tried this today when I was putting the ingredients together for the duck stock.  OMG!  It really crazy works.  I'll never mess with peeling garlic again.  So happy!
